[civsa] Team Member of the Month?

Hello, CIVSA! We just implemented an "employee of the month" program this semester. Students nominate each other using a google form. The form asks who they'd like to vote for and why that individual deserves the title. We announce the winner at our monthly meeting, where he/she receives a certificate and UTA branded gift from the bookstore ($10-$15). The winner is also recognized on our Welcome Center radio station (http://www.neptunenow.com/index.html).
