[civsa] Faculty Appointments as part of Campus Tour

Good day everyone!

The topic today is faculty appointments!  Does your institution provide an
appointment with a faculty member as part of the standard tour experience?

If so, have you discovered a way of arranging appointments which creates
the least resistance and is convenient and manageable for everyone
involved?  We find that while faculty are open and agreeable to meeting
with prospective students and families, arranging the appointment time
within the structure of a tour is very difficult.
