[civsa] Group Tour Appointments

At LSSU, we create very detailed group tours, providing tours to off-campus
facilities as well.  We accompany the groups to these events and escort
them from one appointment to the next.  We form the tour around the
specific interests and desires of the group.  While it is very time
consuming, both in the planning and in the orchestration of the event, our
groups are very happy and satisfied with their experiences.  We receive
great reviews.  We view it as an opportunity to impress (or fail to
impress), a large number of people at once, so much work is put into them.
