[civsa] Information Session + Tour Duration

Hey Noah,

Our information sessions and tours usually run 2 hours total (30 minute
info and 90 minute tour).  We routinely get feedback through our surveys,
with the vast majority of respondents indicating that this amount of time
is "just right".
