[civsa] Information Session + Tour Duration

Hi Noah,
Our information session is between 20-30 minutes depending on how many questions people have at the end. Our campus tour is one hour.  Guests have the option of attending a separate housing tour that is about 30 minutes, but it is not a mandatory part of our Visitor Center tour because a lot of our students commute.

Morning option:
10am- info session
10:20/30- tour
11:20/30- evaluation
(break time to visit bookstore and walk to the residential halls)
Option of 12pm housing tour and have lunch at the dining hall (on their own)

Afternoon option:
Optional of 12:30pm housing tour
(break time to each have lunch at the dining hall or just walk to Visitor Center)
2pm-info session
2:20/30- tour
3:20/30- evaluation

Hello all,

We are a medium-sized private school looking to tweak our information session and tour route.  We're trying to find a 'sweet spot' for the duration of our visits we offer.

Would anyone be able to provide us with the average duration of your information session and tour?  Thank you so much for the help.  We're hoping this information will give us some push to perfect what we've been doing for our visiting families.
