[civsa] On Campus Events

Being a small school with few large spaces available, we often run into this program. We’ve often split a group into 2-3 groups that rotate through different rooms to experience different parts of the event simultaneously. We use student Ambassadors to assist with the transitions and it seems to work pretty well.

Hello!

So I plan out large on campus open houses. We have run into a problem for Spring Preview Day. All of the large spaces were taken away from us today and the event is a month away. Do any of you break large groups into much smaller groups? Or have ideas for me?
