[civsa] Event Parking

University of Arizona has several parking garages, used for students, staff and guests. So we do not have signs or a specific garage for our events. When we have a large open house type program, we will reserve space in the nearest garage. We working with visitor parking services, who will staff the gates to help guests who arrive (making sure they are in the right spots). Confirmation emails for attendee's who register for open house programs include detailed information on which garage is reserved, how to get there and to check with an attendant if the garage is "full". Good Afternoon Everyone,

I am in the process of ordering new parking signs for our events but before I do I wanted to ask what some other schools do. Do you all do parking specific signs or just event signs? If you have had any problem with visitors saying they have a tough time with directions you have sent them how do you combat that? Thanks ahead of time!
