[civsa] Tour Guide Safety Planning

We have an active shooter training video that our campus policy chief shows
and discusses once a year to our group. We also have a online training
called Haven due to title 9 that the entire campus participates in, but
currently we don't have a written plan specifically for our Tour Guides so
I would also like any information as well. Thanks!
