Hi everyone!

Rachel sent this out yesterday but I think there may have been a glitch in our e-mail system. We really need help in the below area if anyone has some insight they could share we would appreciate it! Thanks!

Hi All and Happy Summer from Florida Gulf Coast University!

We are updating our Helpful Information Templates (the documents used by our student tour guide staff to help answer admission advising questions via phone and e-mail). Aside from your students using the university website, how does your team answer frequently asked admission questions? Do you have a standardized system in place? What kind of written documents/templates do you use? I am wanting to improve our team's standardization of answering questions to increase the overall accuracy of the information being given out. I am also very interested in the way your "phone rooms" are set-up to help your team answer FAQ's, and also any helpful templates that you are currently using that utilize a flowchart system for answering questions. Thanks in advance for your feedback!
