[civsa] [CIVSA] Rate of payment for Ambassadors?

Good afternoon everyone!
At UT Dallas, we pay our students $9.00/hr. and they work a set schedule each week (except for when we have events, they work more).  Payment is contingent upon the hours they work and is distributed bi-weekly just like all of the other on-campus jobs.

We do have a small number of volunteers that just come in to give campus tours and help at events once or twice a week. They are given a stipend at the end of each semester if they full complete a semester of serving.  That number ranges from $250-500 per semester depending on how often they give tours/help with events.

We pay our students 7.25 with a .25 increase each semester they work.

Although we have historically been unable to pay our team of Ambassadors, I am putting together a proposal for a tuition reduction for them. If you wouldn't mind sharing...

How large is your Ambassador/tour guide staff?

How much do you pay them per semester or year?

And is payment contingent upon a minimum level of requirements/tours/events, etc?
