Lauren,
Our ambassadors are paid on a scholarship, that is split between semesters.
So basically a tuition reduction.
1. We have 18 full time Ambassadors, this includes tour guides and
overnight hosts.
2. We pay the tour guides $2750 per year and the overnight hosts depend on
which dorm they live in ($5790 per year or $6200 per year)
3. They commit to a year long position, and need to complete those job
responsibilities. They do get the scholarship ahead of time, but they have
to pay it back if they end up getting let go for any reason!
