Hi,

We use a hard-copy visit survey, and it's distributed in the info packets
guests received at the start of the info session.  When the tour ends, our
Ambassador asks the group to fill out the survey if they have a few
minutes. We usually get 75-80% return rate, some people are in a rush and
will just leave. Once in a great while, someone will take the time to mail
it back to us after the fact.
