[civsa] Post-Tour Evaluations?

Hello all,

We send out an email to all attendees at the end of the day with a link to the survey<https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/ZNJMXWP>. With an electronic format, our return rate is between 10-20%. We have separate surveys that we send out electronically for our events as well.

Hi All -

I was just curious if anyone sends out evaluations for their guests to complete after a tour? If so, how do you provide those (email, hard copy), how soon after the tour, is there an incentive for them etc. and do you mind sharing the questions you ask on the evaluation?
