[civsa] Recognition for student tour guides

Joel,
We have a "badassador of the month" and basically spend no more than $10
per month on something from the bookstore. We also print two certificates
and they get to keep one, and we hang one in the office. We have a whole
wall of Badassadors and they love it. We also ask them for their favorite
candy at the beginning of the year and I keep that in my back pocket for
recognition too.
Not a whole lot of $$, but they love it!
We also do an end of the year banquet with awards to recognize.
