Hello all,

We are looking to re-work our family and group visit confirmation emails.  We want to include all pertinent information without making them so long people don't read them!

How do you convey your information?
Do you imbed links?
Do you spell out your information so people can use the confirmation as a guide and/or to check-in?
Are your confirmations general or are they specific to the visitor?
Do you send any - one or more follow up emails/reminders?
Is email your primary mode of communication, or do you use other methods or media?
