[civsa] Group Tour Policies

Good Morning!
This is all helpful information! My question: does anyone take "action" if
a school brings less than half of the number of students they signed up to
bring. For example, the group signs up to bring 40 students and only bring
12. We've been running into this issue a lot the past few months.
To answer the other questions: PSU only serves high school aged groups,
twice a week. Our maximum is 40 students and a contract is sent to them
prior to their visit and they must turn it in before arriving to campus.
If they do not turn it in before getting to campus, we have them fill out
the contract as part of the check-in process when they arrive. Same here,
I took a contract off of the CIVSA site and edited to fit our needs. I
also had our campus contracts office review the form to ensure the language
was appropriate and we wouldn't be held liable for a student while on
campus, that their school/chaperon was liable.
Good luck!!
