[civsa] housing tours

Hey All,

At Illinois Tech - we have 2 residence halls, traditional and suite style.
Our normal daily tour includes both of these via show rooms (provided from
our Residence office). During large events - we separate them from the
regular tour to help control the size and length. We provide all the tours
out of admission.

We also have apartment style housing - but that is reserved only for upper
classman or transfers and do not show them unless requested.
