[civsa] housing tours

Hi Karen,

At Portland State, our housing office has given me a key for two of the
residence halls and we incorporate one of them on the campus tour led by my
student ambassador.  Housing also leads a tour separate from ours that is
consistent each day and we send interested students to that tour if they
missed our daily tour.  At large visit programs, housing will lead tours of
two residence halls during and after the program.
