[civsa] Preview Days & Open Houses

Hi Chris and other CIVSA friends!

We are re-vamping a little bit this year so we have a new agenda/style that we're trying. Our new prospective student recruitment event is called "Discover UNC" and it is geared to both juniors and seniors who have not yet been admitted.

To answer your questions:

Do you have separate schedules for Seniors and Juniors? Nope - they all follow the same schedule!
Do you provide nametags? Yes.
What info is on their nametags? Just our logo and their names.
Do you differentiate their year in school quickly and easily on the nametags? No - for this event, we don't feel that's necessary at this time.
What message is shared during your opening talk? We have our AVP of Enrollment Management speak, then an alumni/parent gives his perspective, and then an admission counselor gives a brief overview of UNC.

You'll find our working agenda attached in PDF form. We still have yet to create the final, polished version that will be handed out to visiting families.
