We have two big Open House events each year (one each semester). The schedule stays pretty much the same for both events, which I have attached.

As for our nametags, we include only nickname, last name, and hometown. We do not differentiate on the nametag, but our seniors who attend in the Spring will have a financial aid package in a pre-made folder for them. We offer individualized meetings to review that information for them as well throughout the day in the Admission Office.

Lastly, I have attached the PDF of our Top Ten PowerPoint presentation that we utilized this year during our opening. The opening for us is usually only about 20 minutes at the most and we include student ambassadors. We have started doing a David Letterman "Top 10" style opening, which gives visitors tips on what they should do for the day to get the most out of their visit. This was a HUGE hit with families this year and we plan to continue.

Hello All,

Wanting to try this again - I am wondering if you could possibly share your itineraries for your Preview Day-style of visits.

Do you have separate schedules for Seniors and Juniors?
Do you provide nametags? What info is on their nametags? Do you differentiate their year in school quickly and easily on the nametags?
What message is shared during your opening talk?

Any and all info is greatly appreciated and I have attached our Preview Day itinerary to this email as well.
