[civsa] Scheduling Software

Who's using some scheduling software that you absolutely love? What's the
name of it? I'm specifically investigating Shift Planning and I'm
intrigued. Is anyone currently using Shift Planning? If so, what do you
like? Pros/cons? Overall thoughts?
