Hi Heather,

We dont have a contract for them to sign, but like Bellarmine, we do have certain guidelines:

-10- 50 guests
-1 chaperone for every 10 students

Hey Heather,

We do not have a “contract”, but we enforce the following Group Visit Policy:

The students must be high schoolers (Grades 9-12)
The group is limited to 40 students
There is a 10:1 student to chaperone ratio
They cannot visit on Fridays

If you currently have a contract that groups (high school, middle school, etc.) must sign prior to visiting your campus and would be willing to share with me I would really appreciate it.
