Hey Heather,

We do not have a “contract”, but we enforce the following Group Visit Policy:

The students must be high schoolers (Grades 9-12)
The group is limited to 40 students
There is a 10:1 student to chaperone ratio
They cannot visit on Fridays

Hi CIVSA friends!  I have a request and I’m hoping you can help me.  If you currently have a contract that groups (high school, middle school, etc.) must sign prior to visiting your campus and would be willing to share with me I would really appreciate it.  I’m looking for the rules and regulations your school has regarding visits, cancellation policies, etc.  Thanks!
