[civsa] Tour Opening Presentations

I'm interested to see what you get back, as well!

At the University of North Florida, we also have a separate presentation room.  We just recently purchased an 80" tv and we show a 'pre-campus tour' slideshow while our group waits for the top of the hour when everything begins.  We have fun stuff, major and minor info, quotes from students, our mascot in various situations, etc...  At the top of the hour we do a quick welcome to let our guests know exactly what is going to happen, with whom they will be engaging, how they will get around, and when they will be back.  They then hear from an Admissions coordinator and then their tour guide takes over.  They show a quick video with an overview and take it from there.  I hope this helps !  I'm looking forward to reading the other responses!

Good morning!  We recently moved into a new facility and have a room dedicated just to campus tours.  We are in the process of updating our tour opening presentation and wanted to see if you would be willing to share what your university uses.  We would like to have some examples to reference while we are creating our new presentation.
