[civsa] Policy Around Meal Passes

Our university used to provide meal passes to every visitor until it became too expensive.  We now provide meal passes on a case basis.  Admission Counselors have these in our offices and offer meal passes after meeting with a family.

Hey everyone,
I know this has been brought up before, but I am wondering if anyone has a written policy regarding meal vouchers. Currently, we are giving unlimited passes to prospective students, their families, and any athletic recruits that visit campus. This includes overnight visitors who may be on campus for several meals. I'm wondering if we really need to be doing this.  If we end up limiting the passes, I would like to develop some kind of policy that I can distribute internally (especially to coaches). Let me know if you have anything you wouldn't mind passing along. Thanks!
