Hi everyone!  For awhile, we wouldn't talk about it at all!  What we did is we built a very simple slide that breaks down tuition and fees, books, room and meal plan, and a total estimated cost of attendance for in state vs out of state.

This slide immediately proceeds or sequence about Scholarships and Financial Aid.

This year, I made a change, and I added ROI facts and figures on the slide.  UA received three very integral nods from Politco, Bloomburg, and another group detailing our ROI and best value, so we thought it be best to showcase those facts to eliminate some sticker shock.

Good afternoon everyone,

I hope the fall semester is going well for each of you. I have a quick question that I'm hoping you will be willing to help me out with.

How do you present Cost of Attendance information to prospective students and their families when they visit campus? Is this something that you include in your information session, have your guides talk about on the tour, or leave it up to brochures and viewbooks  to get that information to them?

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
