[civsa] GEAR UP VISITS

Greetings!  Sharing this with the entire organization - we handle GEAR-Up two different ways.  For any GEAR-Up groups that are not local/based in Tucson, we schedule them as regular group tours.

For the local Tucson GEAR-Up's, they want to schedule longer visits with their parents, and attend our monthly open house program, UA Up Close.  Students are required to pre-register in advance, but we waive the $20 guest fee for their parents.

Can anyone share information on how GEAR UP visits are handled at your school?  We currently schedule them as group visits, but would like to streamline the visit days if possible.  I'm interested in hearing how these are handled or events offered that are centered around these types of programs.
