[civsa] Visit Request Deadline

UT Dallas doesn't have a tour request deadline for individual families. We encourage them to register online ahead of time, but we won't turn them away if they just walk in for a tour.  We do not arrange departmental visits, however. If they call ahead of time, we will connect them to the advising office to set up an appointment on their own, or if they want to visit afterwards, we'll give them a map and show them how to get there. But we don't guarantee they'll be able to see someone.

Good morning, CIVSA!
Do any of you have a visit request deadline? For instance, do you accept visit requests the day before a visit? If so, are there only certain appointments that you guarantee with that short notice?
Also, just a quick poll, please. Do you:
A.) Have set days and times for students to meet with academic department representatives as a group?
B.) Accommodate visiting students with an individual appointment with academic department representatives?
