[civsa] Visit Request Deadline

We have deadlines for our large scale campus visit events and overnight opportunities. The cut off is usually one week before the event, though I do always have a couple of unadvertised spots available just in case someone shows up last minute. We have no deadlines for personal visits and can usually accommodate even same day requests, though these types of appointments are usually limited to a campus tour and meeting with an admissions counselor.

Good morning, CIVSA!
Do any of you have a visit request deadline? For instance, do you accept visit requests the day before a visit? If so, are there only certain appointments that you guarantee with that short notice?
Also, just a quick poll, please. Do you:
A.) Have set days and times for students to meet with academic department representatives as a group?
B.) Accommodate visiting students with an individual appointment with academic department representatives?
