[civsa] Visit Request Deadline

Good morning, CIVSA!

Do any of you have a visit request deadline? For instance, do you accept
visit requests the day before a visit? If so, are there only certain
appointments that you guarantee with that short notice?

Also, just a quick poll, please. Do you:

A.) Have set days and times for students to meet with academic department
representatives as a group?

B.) Accommodate visiting students with an individual appointment with
academic department representatives?
