Subject: [civsa] Lightning Policy for Tours
Do any of your campus visit programs have a weather or lightning policy in writing on guidelines for conducting tours in inclement weather conditions (specifically lightning)? Our tours typically go out rain or shine, and we ask our guides to use discretion when on tour if lightning is present (staying under cover, etc.) If any of you have written policies or guidelines for lightning and weather conditions on tours, we would greatly appreciate the shared information!
Thank you,
Rachel
