I'm sorry for my delayed response.
1. How many staff members are assigned to help with the campus visit? I'm the only professional staff member.
2. Do you have any administrative/support staff working with the visit? Our Student Ambassadors schedule all aspects of the campus visit. I make sure things are running smoothly and help if there is a unique situation, but the students handle everything for the visit, including follow-up and getting our visitors entered into our CRM.
This is just a quick overview, but if you need more info, please let me know. Also, if you received any other responses, would you please send them my way?

1. How many staff members are assigned to help with the campus visit? Officially 1 - Just me. But our administrative assistant helps with check in for visitors and follows up with students that are running late. We also have a graduate assistant the works with me in the Spring to help with the larger volume.
2. Do you have any administrative/support staff working with the visit? 1 (check in / follow up for late arrivals)
3. If you have at least 2 people working on the visit, can you give me a quick synopsis of what each person does? N/A

Hi Brittney,
Our Visitor Center, specifically, is comprised of two full-time staff members:
I have a Visitor Center front desk representative that welcomes guests and provides general assistance-i.e. directions, general pre-admission help, visitor parking permits, etc., and helps me with event preparation and post-event reporting.
Me- I'm over the Visitor Center, tour presentations, prospective student events and I manage 3 full-time staff and 7-8 student workers. ( My other two other full-time staff members are housed in the admission office-one helps coordinate the group tours in addition to in-house admission counseling, and one manages the general interest email system we have in addition to in-house admission counseling. They help in the VC as needed, but are mostly positioned in another building.)
We typically have 1-2 students on schedule at a time, one is responsible for the regular campus tour, one is responsible for the group tours for the day, and they help making bags, answering phones, and other things as needed during their time on schedule. They volunteer or work anywhere from 4 hours a week to 11 hours a week. I hope this helps.
