[civsa] Tour Guide Organizations?

Hello CIVSA members,

Hope all is well! At UM, we are in the process of restructuring our tour guide organization and am wondering if you can send me examples of what your tour guide organization structure is? For example, if you have an executive/advisory board, what roles do they have? What is the role of the Admission Officer(s) who runs that organization within your respective offices?

Any information would be most appreciated!
