Good Evening -

After several years worth of effort it appears that the Office of
Admissions at the University of Minnesota Duluth may have the opportunity
to secure some space for a visit center. I have much work to do to define
our needs for the space and although I have done this in the past, I want
to be sure I am detailed and shoot high so we don't end up short. We are a
campus of 11,500 with 9,500 undergraduate students and we see 8,000
prospective student visitors with 20,000 total visitors each year.

That being said - I am looking for information on your visit centers.
Layouts, use of space, square footage, lobby seating, presentation space
seating etc and what is included. Ideally, our space would include a
presentation space, reception area, lobby seating, a call center, several
interview/counselor meeting offices, a tour guide lounge and additional
student employee work space.

The potential space we have to work with is a unique shape and may not be
large enough for what we want so I would love to see examples of what
others are able to do and work with. Information about your institution
size and number of visitors would be helpful as well.

Thank you all so much for your help in advance.
