[civsa] Campus Visit Coordinator Job Description?

Hello CIVSA!

Currently, we have 6 student workers who work in our office and schedule
all of our campus visitors. While I LOVE working with students...it isn't
always the best service to our prospective students because it is virtually
impossible to communicate all of the details and keep everyone on the same
page. I am exploring the idea of hiring a full-time Campus Visit
Coordinator to take over this task. HR needs a job description to grade the
position and determine pay/qualifications/etc. Does anyone currently use
this model and have a sample job description they can provide?
