At UC Irvine, we're using Intelliworks and I've only had about 8 months of
experience with it so far, so it can definitely do more than what we
probably use at this point.  My next step is to to follow up with visitors
through the CRM, that's why I was looking for sample emails that we would
send through our CRM.
