We are just now (as of 7/26) starting phase 1 of our events in a CRM (Talisma).  Don't have any info for you now, but we are hopeful for some positive changes!

I think this issue has been discussed on the listserv before, but our office is looking in a CRM and would love some feedback.  If you are using a CRM, please let me know which one, what you like and don't like about it, if it is compatible with PeopleSoft and anything else you think is important for us to know as we move forward.
