[civsa] Notification Provider

Hi All.  For the past 10 years, my Student Information office has used School Messenger as a notification provider to make large number of phone calls when notifying our students of fee payment deadlines, the beginning of registration, reminders of upcoming New Student Orientation, anything that we need to call a lot of students in a small amount of time.  We have not used it as an emergency notification tool, because we have TXT messaging that we send out.
However, my old system is no longer supported, so we are researching other types of notification providers.  We are still interested in  School Messenger ( http://www.schoolmessenger.com)
because of all of the upgrades they have now, and I have been very satisfied with them and their services in the past.  However, the yearly fee now  is pretty costly.  ($15,000.00 a year)
My question - do any of you have notification providers that you use for general notices to your students such as fee payments due, upcoming orientations, etc.
We'd like to get some ideas and explore some other options.
