[civsa] Tour Guide Evaluations

Hi Rob,

Our ambassadors have to be tour certified every year including the vet ambassadors.  The vets just have to go with a Tour Training Assistant to ensure they know all the new information.

The new ambassadors have to go through a more rigours process.  Attached is the tour training flow sheet we use.  

Hope you find this information helpful ~ it has worked out great for us since we started implementing it a few years ago.
