Evaluations

CIVSA's Research & Assessment Committee is collecting examples of forms that are utilized to evaluate students who work in visitor and information services across the country. In many cases, these forms also serve as a means to assess the delivery of actual visitor and information services.

The documents attached below were collected by the CIVSA Research & Assessment Committee during the Spring of 2009. We feel sure that many more college and university visitor and information centers formally evaluate some portion of their service delivery, including tours, tour guides, as well as other students that run our centers.
