Admissions invites applications for an Assistant Director to oversee all recruitment activity in the state of Texas. This position will be based in Texas (Dallas/Fort Worth area preferred) and will represent CU Boulder in the applicable regional organizations (DFW Admissions Regional Network and Houston Admissions Regional Network). In addition, this role helps determine new initiatives, evaluates existing recruitment efforts, and provides admission counseling by communicating and interpreting admissions policies and procedures to prospective students, parents, high school counselors, community college administrators.

Description

The Office of Admissions invites applications for a Senior Assistant Director. This role will be responsible for Targeted Recruitment Initiatives including diversity recruitment, access initiatives and top scholar recruitment. This position also provides leadership and expertise to new and existing student focused programming and processes related to targeted recruitment initiatives for domestic freshman students. Overseeing the Access Team and the Top Scholar Team, this role directs programming, including on-campus visit programs, off-campus events, college fairs, high school visits and counselor relations.
