James,  see attached! These agreements are for our student hosts and visiting guests for our group overnight visit for admitted students. We meet with our student hosts the day or two before the event to go through this agreement in detail. Thankfully, our Student Affairs division is on-board with us for this event, so if the agreement is breached, they impose the disciplinary sanctions that the agreement mentions. If you need additional information, please let me know - I'm happy to help!

Good evening everyone,

We are planning our first overnight and I am wanting to have an expectation document that both our student volunteers and guests sign. Does anyone have one that they use regularly with success? I am thinking that I could obviously create one, but would love to see what others have used successfully!
