Hello, CIVSA friends:
Greetings from Stanford!
Please see the info and links below regarding our "Visitor Relations Coordinator" position now available at the Stanford Visitor Center. Our current VRC has risen to a new position within the University, so we're looking for a new rising (or already risen) star to join our team here under the sunny skies of The Farm.
This is a role that works closely with both the Assistant Director and Director in a high-volume visitor setting. The position currently includes numerous duties and functions related to operations, logistics, scheduling, recruitment, training, and program development, as well as shared supervision and evaluation of our 70-100 student guides. A like to the official job description is below; more specific job-related detail is available from the Stanford Visitor Center. Beyond the description indicated, we are also hoping to have this position evolve to incorporate reading and public speaking duties in conjunction with undergraduate admission.
We enjoy a fun, busy, high-energy, collaborative environment and would love to hear from qualified individuals.
