> Hello all, I was looking for some insight from the group regarding how you all deal with conflicts for the job versus student organization obligations. We are having a few issues with our paid student employees and time commitments (scheduled meetings/training sessions). These meeting times have been the same forever and it is noted on the job agreement form that they sign that attendance is mandatory. (We meet once a month)
