[civsa] Holding Luggage for Visitors

Hi Kristin,

We hold it for them. Even in our very large sessions (200+ attendees) we
might get only a handful of luggage pieces. We use a system that is nearly
identical to what a hotel porter would use. It can be a real pain
sometimes, but it keeps our visitors happy.

Hope this helps.

Dustin
