[civsa] Entry level, one year contract position at CU Boulder!

Do you have a soon to be graduate who would like to get their "feet wet" in the admissions world, without making a long-term commitment? If so, this position would be perfect!

Our Admissions Specialist position is a one-year commitment, July 1st to June 30th. This is an excellent position for a soon to be undergraduate who wants to take a gap year between undergrad and grad, or for someone who wants to try their hand at working in admissions before making any commitment to the profession.

This year, all three of our specialist have kicked some serious butt and I am excited to see each of them take on the world - 2 are headed to graduate school (one in higher education and one in museum studies) and the other is heading into the Peace Corp. Our group from 2 years ago - 1 applied for and was offered an admission counselor position in our office. The other 2 went into the professional work-force; they liked admissions but realized it wasn't for them after being in the specialist position for a year. Our group from 3 years ago - 2 of them applied for and were offered admission counselor positions in our office and one is working in admissions for her alma mater.
