[civsa] Timecard suggestions

Our system is similar. We use Welcome to College for our Student Ambassador profiles. We are planning to add the time sheets component to our Welcome to College package. This would replace the paper time sheet but they still have to log into our website and record their hours online. I also compare their hand recorded time with their online time.

We use paper time sheets, but then our students log their time into Banner Web. I then look at their time sheets to make sure they match what they have recorded. I have the ability to change the record if they have made a mistake.

We are looking for some good recommendations. At UNC we use a paper timecard system to track all of the time worked for our student ambassadors. We are hoping to find a better system. Does anyone use an electronic system for clocking time? If so what systems would you recommend?
