[civsa] Digital Display in Admissions Office/Visit Center

Hi, Celia. I haven't received any responses yet, but I'll let you know if I
do. We are moving forward with the project in the next few weeks, so I'm
happy to provide some details on the company we end up using. Our display
looks like a 1990's public access TV station, which is almost as bad as not
having one!
