[civsa] Slate Implementation

We implemented Slate in May and is has changed so much for us! There is/was a learning curve but it was worth the frustrations we went through to get to where we are, and we have only touched the tip of the iceburg!

We have seen a dramatic increase in program registration, but with that increase (it is easier for folks to register now) we have higher no-show rates. I have had to adjust, adjust again and re-adjust to figure out our overfill numbers so that our programs can be filled (butts in seats).

I would be more than happy to answer questions as you go. Feel free to call at any time and I will do what I can to help. I am no expert but have enough knowledge to share and help along the way!

Hi all,
          We are finally implementing Slate as our new CRM and we are so excited to get the ball rolling! I was hoping to get some advice from all of you who have already gone through this change. Is there any advice or things you wish you knew before implementing Slate on the visit side? Did slate make a big impact on how visits were managed in your offices? Any and all advice would be welcome.
