[civsa] Self Guided Tour Inquiry Cards

Hi CIVSA world!


All of this talk about self-guided tour booklets encouraged me to reach out to you all to see if anyone successfully captures the information of visitors who utilize their self-guided tour option.


At New Paltz, we offer tours at designated times Mon-Fri and limited Sat/Sun. Visitors coming outside of these pre-scheduled tours go on a self-guided tour. I am interested in developing a "Sorry we missed you!" type of card that would list our contact information and include our standard inquiry card questions, particularly allowing us to connect with visitors who come to campus when our office is closed. My office is looking to learn if anyone has successfully (or unsuccessfully) launched a similar idea and the logistics behind it.
